Four domain capability tiles (Infrastructure & Security, Finance & Legal, Strategy & Markets, Research & AI). Physical office addresses removed; Global Reach section with six-continent cards. Security Assessment & Incident Response added as dedicated service card. The Bridge introduced as primary technology platform partner. CSS text-dim bug fixed, approach section pluralized, "Selected, Not Staffed" model framing.

First public version of the SpectralVU consultancy site. Established core brand identity — "Spectral" as the science of seeing what others miss, "Transience" as the science of change. Contact emails used @bsnio.com addresses (updated to @spectralvu.com in v2).
